Created by using reclaimed wood and a multi-stage aging process. The words are hand carved and routed then  I use several techniques including "Yakisugi" (Japanese) in which h the wood is burned with a propane torch, resealed and then multple layers of paint are added. I also use wire brushes, metal grinding and murartic acid for the final rust effect and apperance. Each piece varies and they are truly unique. I love making them and I can make one for you in a custom color if this one isnt what you are looking for. (Commisions are first come/first served)
