A true heirloom and orginal piece of Patriotic Art. I cut this flag from a piece of decking from the floor of an old Cotton Mill that I worked at as a teenager in Columbus, Georgia. I left the field in tact, as you can see the orginal saw mill blade cut lines and then I carved and sanded my way into the wood to make her flap and fly proudly in the wind. I then hand painted each stripe with layers of paint and then added my own aging process to her. There are over 15 growth rings per inch in this beautiful old growth pine. I left the edges bare so that the wood could be appreciated from any angle.

Size: 13" X 25" (inches) and 2" thick.
